What does team building mean and why on Earth would you want to do it?
Team building quite
simply is sponsoring other people who want to join and start their own
home business. You become their sponsor, their mentor (don't
worry...you're never alone) in growing their candle business...and
yours at the same time.
What is the point of building a team?
To create leverage.
In particular, time leverage. You want the freedom to spend time doing
what YOU want to do, when you want to do it while still earning a
substantial income. This is passive income. Meaning that your team is
earning and you are too! The company pays you a commission
based on the commissionable volume of your team. In plain English,
every time your team purchases from the company the company in turn
pays you a commission based on their purchase volume. Passive, residual
income.
What does this mean in the Network Marketing world?

What are the growth phases in a Network Marketing company?
Many people believe
the "right time" to get involved with a network marketing company is at
the very start. This, in fact, can be the worse time. As we have seen
in the candle business section it is important that several factors be in place before choosing a company to represent.
- During the first 18 months of
existence a company has no product, company recognition or income
recognition. This is the first phase of growth and extremely fragile.
- The second phase of growth
begins to show a track record of income recognition, company
recognition and product recognition. Consistency is shown in paychecks,
leaders emerge, volume is solid and momentum picks up.
- The thrid phase of growth is
where big money emerges. Layered leadership develops and maturity
begins. Duplication is prevalent and leaders emerge in all levels of
your organization.
What growth phase is our company in?
We have just
entered phase two of the growth phase continuum. We are already setting
records with purchase volumes and new team partner sign ups each month.
As we continue
through phase two and three we will see a consistent upward growth and
people find themselves earning more money, meeting more incredible
people and traveling to more luxurious places in the next five years
than they could have had happen in a lifetime without it!
